All application materials shall be submitted electronically as described above no later than 4:30pm on May 14, 2010.
All applications must be sent by e-mail to Leah Atha. The subject of the message should be "KYAE Grant Renewal Submission."
All required sections must be submitted together in the same e-mail message in their original file format (Word or Excel). DO NOT SEND FORMS IN PDF FORMAT.

The original grant signature page and campaign finance law compliance form, both signed by the authorizing agent (agency head), must be mailed hard copy (in addition to submitting them electronically) to:
