Adult Education Corrections Conference
Kentucky Adult Education (KYAE) is proud to announce that it is sponsoring a two-day Adult Education Corrections Conference on December 3rd and 4th at the Lexington Downtown Hotel and Conference Center (formerly known as the Radisson Hotel). Please mark these dates on your calendars!
This conference is designed for staff teaching or those providing oversight to adult education/GED programs in Kentucky local jails and state correctional facilities.
The conference will kick-off with an opening luncheon at noon on Wednesday, December 3 and will conclude with a closing luncheon on Thursday, December 4.
Registration is free and is limited to those staff serving Kentucky local jails and correctional facilities. Individuals are responsible for travel and hotel accommodations.
Attached is the conference registration form that must be completed and submitted to Benita Wilhoite at Benita.Wilhoite@ky.gov by November 19, 2008.
Room reservations should be booked under Adult Education Corrections Conference for the discounted rate of $91 per night. The toll-free number to make room reservations is 1-877-539-1648 or use the online registration site at www.lexingtondowntownhotel.com. The lodging rate deadline is November 12, 2008.
