Expenditure Report Change: No report due until September 10, 2007

Programs’ first KYAE-10 report is due on September 10 and should include the total combined expenditures for July and August 2007.  Please use the new FY08 forms, soon available on KYAE’s Web site, for submitting invoices. Monthly reporting will resume on October 10.

KYAE is making every effort to expedite document processing this year, but payments cannot be made against any contract that has not been signed and finalized electronically.  KYAE’s goal is to have fully executed contracts (all signatures and Finance Cabinet approval) in place to make payments within the September processing cycle.
