Student Success Funds

KYAE staff has completed the review process of your proposed budget for Student Success Funds.   As described in the attached announcement, the funds are intended for the express purpose of acquiring “resources that foster quality instruction and create environments conducive to adult students leading to improved retention.”

·         If your proposed budget included items that are usual and customary purchases that are routine to the ongoing operational needs of your program, we request you restructure your budget to align with the originally stated guidelines and resubmit by January 9th.  Examples of routine items include, but are not limited to, such things as office supplies, copy paper, and other miscellaneous supplies.

·         If we have contacted you regarding proposed budget items not acceptable based on state/federal regulations or not fitting the attached guidelines and categorical examples, we will follow-up with you for revision.

·         If the aforementioned items do not apply to your proposed budget, it stands approved.
