Data Collection/AERIN
As an adult educator in Kentucky Adult Education (KYAE), you play a vital role in collecting accurate and timely data on adult students. You may not be responsible for entering the information into the state’s Adult Education Reporting Information Network (AERIN), but those in your program who do enter the data depend on your accuracy in and knowledge of the information you collect. Below is important informational guidelines for you and your data entry staff to use as you collect information and report it to AERIN. By referring to these AERIN and National Reporting System (NRS) resources often, you will reduce the likelihood of errors in your program reports.
