Adult educators play a vital role in collecting accurate and timely data. Below is important informational guidelines to use as programs collect information and report it to AERIN. By referring to these AERIN and National Reporting System resources often, the likelihood of errors may be reduced.

AERIN Training Videos FY 07-08

For fiscal year 2008, AERIN has been changed to support the New Framework for Adult Education and will be ready for use by the end of the week. A message will be posted on the AERIN login page once the system is ready.

Two training videos are now available to demonstrate the updates made to AERIN. The latest version of Real Player or Windows Media Player is required to view these videos. Please view these videos prior to entering student data. These are the first in a series of videos on various AERIN screens that will remain on the Web site for provider training and reference.

In addition, current user AERIN training will be offered at the upcoming Regional Conferences if you need further guidance. New user AERIN training will also be offered as a pre-conference session. More details about these and other conference sessions will be forwarded to you soon.
